This is my nephew, Matthew, 2 Years old. I ask him to take a photo with the "Giant Silver-eyed" fishes. He look kinda scared and nervous but still he try to put on a smile.

MAS: No more fuel surcharge!(Domestic only)

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) will remove its domestic(Yes, only DOMESTIC, not International flight) fuel surcharge for travel in Malaysia effective Wednesday, Jan 14 2009! So, don't buy air ticket today!

If u buy Mas air ticket today you will get this silly fuel surcharge!


MAS competitor, AirAsia abolished fuel surcharges 12 November 2008 for both Domestic and International flight. It's exactly 2 months later where MAS decided to react by removing their surcharge. Maybe they can still claim they are the Second airline in the Malaysia to remove DOMESTIC fuel surcharges. Yet, there are only 2 airlines available in Malaysia.

Shahrir: Petrol won't be lower than RM1.80 per litre

Need not wait any longer,as there's no more lower petrol price for this month, according to Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad. Alot of reason and excuses been given by the minister but that's not what we wanna hear about. He explain about 10 sen and 5 sen but I don't think people care much about that. No lower price, that's it. Save some of our time listening to his speech so we can use that time to find more $. For more info click here.

242 caught for not wearing rear seat belt
KUALA LUMPUR The Road Transport Department (JPJ) swung into action at the stroke of midnight to enforce the law on vehicle rear seat belts which came into force Thursday and promptly issued 242 summonses for failure to buckle up, at 28 locations nationwide.
Vehicle owners and passengers will be given a six-month grace period up to June 30 when they will only be issued a compound fine of RM300 for not wearing rear seat belts.
From July 1, drivers and passengers caught not using their seat belts would have to pay a fine of up to RM2,000, serve up to one year's jail or both under the Road Transport Act.

Great! It's not Welcome 2009, It's MONEY MONEY COME for Malaysia Government! RM2000 for not wearing rear seat belt on July onwards!
